Over 25 years of Real Estate Expertise understanding the implementation of new technology and systems helps me grow my business. I met Jeanne Zierhoffer on a webinar a year ago I was going to attend a 2-day Live CBS she was having in my area, however, the dates didn’t match up with my schedule and COVID19 came and no more live classes.
She invited me to a Masterclass when COVID19 hit and I joined quickly, I found myself absorbed with this new technology she was teaching me on Zoom calls, how to identify people's decision-making behavior and what makes them say YES! I started using the AI technology immediately within my real estate business, Jeanne being in Real Estate for over 24 years understood exactly how to use this technology in Real Estate. I had a transaction 30 days out from close and I had an out of state buyer client who I cracked his code NKBA and understand exactly how to speak to him. All of a sudden I got a strange email from him and realized he was in STRESS code, (you will learn what that means when you join this community) I reached out to Jeanne and we wrote an email back to him and I left the same message in his voicemail. We ran the original email through the AI and he was speaking in his 3rd code and wasn’t sure if he had made the right decision. 1.5 million dollars home and exactly what he wanted under his budget.
